I am highly dissatisfied with Quest Diagnostics on State Road 7 in Boca Raton, Florida. The staff is not friendly. She used my left arm, and half way the torture, she moved the needle, causing me pain. Then, sarcastically she tells me that she needs to use the right arm. The reason I was feeling pain was because she inserted the needle wrong. I did not like her attitude, and I don't recommend this lab to anyone.
