Why can I NEVER talk to a human to get information about my scheduled appointment? It is always a "canned" message without an opportunity to ask even ONE question? Also, why did you not notify me
of my appointment for today I made for 2:30 p..m. I had to make another one for 2:00 pm just to be sure
I could get my INR today prior to another medical appointment at the other physician's office on the
same location at 3:30, simply because I could not find my confirmation number for the 2:30 appmt.
I have doctor's orders for once EVERY month, but exact dates can change because I have others too.
