Horrible customer service, had to wait 25
Mins to DROP off frozen and refrigerated pool samples. Once I finally got called back, I sat there watched the gentlemen enter everything that was in the paper the dr. Office said to include in the sample bags and they said I could leave. So tell me why, I had to waste my time to drop off samples?
Jamacin Lady working the front desk had no clue what she was doing, the waiting Room had 4 other people waiting and they were complaining about the wait as well. I thought the lady at the front was the only lady working however another giant gentlemen finally showed up and strolled in at a speed of 2 mph. The phone rang the entire time I was there and not once was ever answered.
Quest should evaluate their hours of operation and do some undercover investigating to see what really is goin on at the Montgomery location in Fort Worth.
