I went to this location to have some had blood drawn. Access to the location was easy.
I measure the quality of a facility by the ability of the personnel to perform a venipuncture with the needle ONE time (not poke around to find a vein), draw the blood painlessly, and cover the site with enough pressure to avoid bruising.
Paula was my "phlebotomist", did all of that very well, and left me with no bruise! Bravo, Paula!
