This location now requires that even while dropping off a specimen, you must wait. This is an inconsiderate use of patients time. Most of us do not have unlimited time off work to wait in a clinic office. The patient ahead of me had been there an hour, I waited 30 minutes. This is not a service to patients.
Many patients stop in directly after a doctor visit, and may not have made an appointment, so there is a big back up of patients. There is also no one at a desk to greet patients.

Please change your office practice to serve your patients better.
