Apparently the women at the check in desk do not know how is read text scripts from fax machine.
She told me that the doctor didn't put the code on fax. I called the doctor office and was told the codes were on there they just not reading it correctly .Now I am very inconvenient with the service and I need to go back for my blood tests. After waiting over a hour and a half. Please hire people how can be trained correctly with this company. Tryed to make appointment for today but I cannot make a appointment for today it will have to be tomorrow.
VERY DISGUSTED WITH THIS OFFICE AND THE QUESTA CO.
