Slow, unpleasant counter help. No one rushs to get to counter when a new person comes in. When a counter person did finally show up, she said only "sign in"...and that was it before she disappeared again. So pleasant! Then had a totally surly phlebotomist who apparently thought I should just KNOW their procedures. Serious customer service training needed, but their not the only game in town. I won't bother ever going back.
