When you are a "walk in" (no appointment) you should be told upon arrival approximate wait time. This a.m. I waited and waited and finally was told," Well, appointments come first!" but no info on how many more were scheduled to appear with appointments. I left and will never use again, as well as telling any and all of my experience.
