Extremely unsatisfied with the service at this location. Although the Technician or nurse is extremely proficient her regard for other people's time lacks compassion. this location needs better signage. I have experienced on three occasions arriving at this location before sufficient time of closing and being turned away after waiting 20 minutes only to be told if I don't have a 4 o'clock appointment I need to come back. There is no one to greet you at the door but there is a buzzer that rings every time someone walks in there's a sign in sheet on the desk. Apparently if the sign in sheet is not there you will not be seen. I had no way of knowing this until the nurse or technician stuck her head out in between servicing a customer and made an announcement, if you do not have a 4 o'clock appointment you must come back and it was an hour before closing. finally she came out and made the announcement after I had been sitting there 20 minutes prior Although this technician works alone it is my understanding that is her choice simply because she cannot find someone to work the same way she works . there for she chooses to do it alone. I agree she works extremely well alone however with adequate signage as you walk in on the desk to notify a newcomer that they will not be seen because it is too late would keep tempers down and show customers that you do care about their time as well. I would greatly appreciate it if some type of signage could be implemented at this location thank you.
