Do not go to this location! My husband went in to get some routine blood work done. He filled out the regular paperwork giving his name, social and etc and waited to get called to the back. When he finally got back to see a nurse, they asked him several questions to confirm his identity and that's when he found out that they entered him in the system as his father. Granted they have the same name but that's why everyone has a unique social security number and he filled out the paperwork at the front desk - no excuse! When we called back about 2 weeks later because we never heard back from them regarding his results, they had no record of him coming to the office. We had to do our own research and contact the doctor who saw him (she works out of another office) to get the information we needed. Luckily, my husband remembered her name so we could follow-up with her. Weeks go by and we receive a $700 bill, not from Quest Diagnostics but from Sentara who I guess the blood work were sent to. We had met our deductible for the year and were not expecting a bill for the visit. When I called Sentara to find out why we were being charged, they told me that they didn't have insurance information on file. My husband provided them with 2 insurance cards and neither was recorded. These people are obviously incompetent and have wasted a lot of our time just trying to clear up the mess that they made. Save yourself the trouble and just go to another office.
