When a business (especially a healthcare business) advertises that they're open during certain hours, I would expect to find them there during those hours. I went to the 27th Ave location a little after 3:00 only to find the door locked. No note was left to let patients know why you weren't open and the security guard sai he didn't know either. His comment was "they were there when I went on my rounds, but the door was locked when I got back"
You wasted my time and I will not be back to your location.
