Horrible Service. Absolutely TERRIBLE attitude. I came in today to get some pre-employment tests done and one of the front desk ladies gave me absolutely horrific attitude. I come from a fairly well known HS (BLS) and went to another well known university (UML); I took a semester at a local community college awhile back and that's the ID I usually carry around. Upon showing my community college ID today, the front desk lady immediately developed some sort of superiority complex and started treating me like an absolute peasant.
On one hand, I wanted to tell her "Hey lady, I went to some pretty good schools and in all likelihood much more intellectually competent than you are." On the other hand, she shouldn't be treating me poorly even IF I did receive an education at a community college.
Absolutely horrendous service. Terrible attitude. Manager really, REALLY, needs to have a talk with their employees on how they need to treat their visitors.
I will be warning people of the extremely poor experience I've had at this facility.
