I came to your location and stood out in the freezing cold until 7:55 when I finally left because no one came with a key. I have cancer and am immunocpromisef. If I get sick because of this I will hold your company personally responsible. I called and made an appointment for 2:15 today. When I walk in there I want to be taken back immediately. I do not want to be told to have a seat and we will be with you when we can. I do hope you people understand this. I will go way and above to a supervisor if I have to. That was unacceptable that your employees can't wake up in time or don't leave early enough to avoid traffic!
