This was not my first visit to Quest but it was my first visit to this location on O'Conner Drive in San Jose I usually go to the Quest located on Remington Dr in Sunnyvale and have never had any problems.. I had seven vials of blood drawn which is not easy for me since I am anemic and feel very wiped out for the entire day. Well I received a call the next morning that my some of my labels had been put on someone else's blood vials so I need to go in and redo all seven vials. I know mistakes happen but this is big first of all who knows how many times its happened before and possible not been caught this could be life threaten to some patinas and at the very least very inconvenient time consuming and nerve racking I feel that at the very least the competence of those employed at the O'Conner location needs to be asset and this situation addressed
