Hi Administrators at Quimby Lab Quest

We went to Labs Quest on Quimby today 7/6/17 and one Technician drew blood for us. We are working in health facilities; we know the rule of outfit code which requires a member at a health facility to follow when providing services to patients : no piercing, no chewing gum, no long sculpture nails, no tattoo.

The member provided the service for us today was a female member. She is not Asian, pretty tall and did not have the name plate on her gown. She was chewing gum the whole time she drew blood for patients, She wears very long fancy sculptured nails and has piercings on her face !

At the front desk, one member has a big colorful long tattoo on her arm. How come the Staff does not ask her to wear a long sleeve gown? .

It does not make patients feel trusted.

We don't think the staff at Quimby location was shorted personnel and desperately selected the technicians who are violated the outfit code . Please the Staff consider this issue to make this facility look more professional.
