Be careful when giving this location your personal credit card information. Although I have a high deductible insurance plan, this location never sent me an invoice for services rendered so that I could pay with my HSA account. They automatically went in and billed my personal credit card. They have no right to take this money from my personal account without a written invoice, especially since I didn't even receive an email of the charges.
