I am writing this complaint on behalf of my Sister in Law and Brother in Law David and Mary Ellen Aquilar. On on Thursday, January 7th they went into your facilities for an appointment they had at 11:15 am - they arrived a bit early at 10:50 am and the gal at the front desk for blood testing was very rude, extremely rude!!! She was not willing to even talk to them until there appointment! She rudely told them to have a seat - then when it was there appointment time she did not call them the rudeness continued. I am writing this because as elderly folks my family was already having a rough day and did not need this gals attitude to make a bad day even worse!! My family will never go back to your facilities again and we will post something on YELP too!! I think as a facility that deals with all kinds of people you need to train your staff on how to work with people with dignity and respect at all times no matter what the situation and if your employees are having a bad day personally they need to be trained on how to leave their problems at home and not bring them to the work place! I hope you take my recommendations to heart and make improvements at your facility!!
