To whom it may concern;
Your phone system puts its "paying" patients in a loop that does not allow access to speak to a person, nor to leave a message. It must be rectified. Very frustrating. Also, this Vernon, CT site has to notify their customers (doctor's offices that recommend them) on the appropriate method of sending or recieving medical documentation. An hour and a half of me missing work on 8/10/15, had no logical reason, and blood could not be drawn from me,due to the incompetance of Quest Diagnostics. In 2015, I should not have to hand carry blood work documentation around with me. The nurse at the window, blamed my doctor's office for "not doing the right thing"... Then she explained to me that "ever since they moved from their other location, this and other phone/computor problems have persisted, and even though they've mentioned this to management, nothing has been done to fix it." If the documentation is so difficult to manage, how would I expect that I could trust the lan handling my blood work.
ECHN Outpatient Labs have never failed me. I have only tried to use Quest Labs on 2 occasions in 10 years, and had no results in both instances. I would have expected that the paying patient is first, but in my experience,big business just gets in the way.
