Poor customer service,im a been a Regions Bank Customer for a few years now.
And I just called and spoke to someone name Lisa.who refuse to give me any information concerning my account.I told her I can give her any information that
she needed but she refused.She said that I need to come to the bank,if I had time
I would have done that at first,am at work now.I never had this problem berfore.
