This location is very unprofessional. The staff lie and tell you what you want to hear instead of telling you the truth. I took off work twice and each time they never showed up as promised. The first time they put me down for the wrong date (incompetent). A wasted vacation day. The second time they gave me the runaround the entire day and decides to tell me at 4pm the truck was full and they were not coming and to reschedule. Another wasted vacation day. I'm aware the service is FREE, but so is what I'm giving is free. Further more I had to take vacation on those days they were not free. The staff drivers should realize if donors didn't give they would not have a job, I'm sure their time is not free. The staff should have compassionate for the people they service. No I will not be doing business at this location again. Further more I had to come from the west suburb to the south side of Chicago and sit for 8 hours. Very Upset! You can't even imagine.
