Major Charles Foster deemed it necessary to close this Store in the most inhuman and unchristian like manner. He was unfeeling and uncaring to the Employees and Volunteers as well as the Troy Community as a whole. Hope they get all the cash flow they are looking for. sorry about your luck Troy in paying your utilities and prescription needs in the future. It's very clear that the salvation army doesn't care.
