I had read some really bad reviews of this particular location, so i was not looking forward to trying to pick up my microwave from this site. My worry was for nothing, because I had excellent customer service from both individuals I dealt with. I needed to pick it up from the site because someone at Sears delivery screwed up my original delivery day/time and then would not work with me to make it right. I asked them to just leave it at the warehouse, and I would pick it up because I was tired of getting the run around from the persons on the phone (who always seem to suddenly "not able to understand" me once I challenge them on their screw up).

Anyway, I drove to this site and walked into the main office. I was greeted by a nice young lady who took my information, asked me to take a seat in the waiting are and called the warehouse. Within 7-8 minutes, I was told that my order was ready and I needed to pull up to the dock to load it. I drove to the dock, the young man asked my name and, while I was moving some things around, the nice young man had already placed the large box in the back of my vehicle. No excuses, no alibis, and no troubles. He said goodbye and I was on my way. That is the kind of service I had been used to getting at Sears up until the last few months. I was about to give up on Sears, but these tow employees went a long way towards restoring my confidence in their business.
