I am emailing you about some credit card fraud happening at store number 3035 location; 1001 W Grant Rd in Tucson. I was there last Tuesday 11/07/2023 and ordered some food. i stuck mu atm card in the slot as required and waited for my food. The girl comes out and said it did not go thru. So, I gave her a credit card to run inside. She goes back toward the store but then heads over to a black Honda sedan, 4 doors. and stays the for about ten seconds and then heads into store. she comes back to me with the food and card. and hands all back to me. I go home. today I get a fraud alert for second card for charges that are not mine. so, I am suspicious because I have not used this card in a long time. in months. I decide to check the first card that she said did not go thru. And there is the sonic charge that she said did not go thru. She is Hispanic. I am sorely inconvenienced by having to change my card and my auto pays and all that is connected to this card. You need to do something about this. It is your store, and you will lose business over this. I am sure I am not the only person this has happened to. Thank you, Polly Wesner
