I have been trying to contact this subway for 2 hours now about a delivery that was not complete leaving off a footlong, a drink, chips, and cookies. When I attempted to call them this morning, a man answered the phone, put the phone down and said he would return in a moment. I waited for an answer for over 15 minutes before hanging up the phone, and tried calling back and have not been able to get a non-busy line since. I want resolve on this issue today.
