Been going to this location for years. Ricky is a good guy, makes a good sandwich and is attentive to customer service. Ricky has been moved to another location and a B team associate has been left in his place. New guy is terrible. Slow and has difficulty following instructions. Prepares a sub that is mostly bread. Ordered a salad and it was all we could do to find the lettuce. We pull up to the store and if we see him, we simply drive away. Subway, you sandwiches are average, put a terrible employee behind the counter and your average sandwich is now terrible. Train you employees or hire better ones. The B team analogy I used was the term he was given by one of your existing employees. If you know he is poor shame on you for not helping him improve.
