I live in an rv park where the cable service is provided by the park. while attempting to discover why I lost digital tv service I became very frustrated. I have search all your sites and have been unable to find a phone number I can use, I was unable to find a service number. when I tried a number all I got was a recording to enter my phone number, NO OPTION TO SPEAK WITH A REAL, LIVE BODY. SOMEONE WHO COULD GUIDE ME TO REACH THE DEPARTMENT RESPONSIBLE FOR MY SERVICE. I know this is "cost effective" but these kinds of pratices are driving people away.
