My wife took our 3 boys to get haircuts. Each got a different person. She instructed all three to get the same haircut. One stylist (African American man with blue hair) cut my son's sideburns off straight across to the top of his ears. My wife had told him to cut shorter around the ears (for school purposes). The other 2 stylist did not cut the side burns. My son was upset (but he can get over it).

My wife left and called later to discuss with the manager (who had cut one of my other child's hair). The manager was very rude and defensive. Manger stated "I heard you say to cut short around the ear, So the stylist cut his side burns short, You should have told the stylist not to cut side burns." My wife explained to manager that she instruct 3 stylist how to cut the hair and only one cut the sideburns. Manger responded stylist cut hair differently. Manage never apologized and offered a free haircut for my child at end of conversation.

While we were not happy with the haircut (mistakes happen), we were very disappointed with the managers response.

I have been going to Supercuts for 17 plus years. We just started going to Henderson Mill location. Needless to say we will not be returning to this location.
