Sales rep - BLAKE, didn't set the proper expectations! Being a customer that receives SSI every month. I have to be vigilant when it's regarding my finances. Sales rep - BLAKE, promise me that I wouldn't receive a bill for my Note 3 upgrade until after two months billing cycle. This wasn't the case, I received the $29.95 payment after the first billing cycle not the second. Call Customer service, they stated I would received the bill anywhere from 1 to 2 months. BLAKE, phased it... the payment will be deferred the next two months. Call the store where BLAKE works and spoke to the assist manager MATT. MATT was helpful but just as T mobile Customer Care told me, MATT said the same thing - THERE'S NOTHING THEY CAN DO ABOUT IT! I worked for many years at major technology customer care department and giving customers proper expectations is highly important. So there's no miss understandings later. Very disappointed! Future T mobile customers beware and watch out for the "YES SIR" sales rep. BLAKE is out only to get the sale and not service the customers properly.
