The previous Management was singularly friendlier than the present one! A process that could have been handled in a few minutes turned into anti-customer terrorism. This manages made an interesting comment: "I'm not risking my job or my career." There were two other so-called bankers sitting out of sight in the back room
I have been with you at this location for over six years, and at another location before moving here. The kind of "service attitude" that I have received of late is totally out of character with the TCF I have known in the past, and will end now.
If I don't tell you this "TRUTH" no one else is going to do it!
