2/17/2014, 3 PM; I got somewhat grumpy having found that my Bank Card had expired at the bank ATM. So I went inside anticipating the usual impersonal bureaucratic "interaction"
in getting a new card. Instead I was kindly and humanistically helped with my card, my attitude and my expectations by all three tellers and by a very nice manager named Mancha. They synergistically helped me. It was a really pleasant experience
to deal with such intelligent and knowledgeable people. And they were not cloying. It's encouraging to see excellence.
