Be prepared to use this office phone (if you can find it) and NOT be able to talk to anyone there. You're going to be rerouted to several locations across the country and perhaps the world and if you ask them how to get in touch with someone at this local office they will give you the same number that reroutes you elsewhere. And, by the way, the toll free number service was NOT able to find the number for this local office. Of course, every contact apologized for the inconvenience. Spent 30 minutes just trying to call the local office to see if they could exchange my remote control. Other people had stated when you get there, the office may not have any in stock so I wanted to check. And I wonder why people talk about Time Warner the way they do!!!!!!!!!!!!? (Retorical)
