Dreadful service. Was told to go to Morehead office to swap cable box. They were, however, out of cable boxes!!! Tried calling the office today. Called around 5:00 PM. Although tis office is open until 6:00 PM, the message I received was that the office closes at 5:00 PM. UNBELIEVABLE! But, unfortunately, this is what I've come to expect from Time Warrner.
