By Jason and he had switched my large Cisco box out for a smaller one and he assured that my USB would work on the new one.Well the old USB is to big for the smaller Cisco unit. Thanks for nothing my wife had run me all the way down to Livingston Ave location, because the agent I had talk to earlier at 10 had told me I could not get a box till Monday 1/12/15
If I wanted it delivered.
Time Warner is the worst cable company ln my book.
