Horrible waiting time and estimation of time by CS agent. People were herded like cattle and you could feel the tension in the air. Took almost 2 hours to drop off my DVR and TW equipment....!

The wait for Time Warner Cable is unbelievable. I have come out on several occasions and at least 40 people already in line waiting to be seen. Some occasions people out the door. So still have not been able to see someone because the wait is just horrible. Seems like this day and time, it would be better.
