There's cable theft going on palmer Rd in Athens town ship Mindy hall has cable on in the first trailer heading toward towanda or second trailer heading toward sayre for tina dean George dean and jeesie Porter lives where Mindy has cable on at. Mindy dad owns the trailers so he will write a statement saying different but if somebody goes there and ask they will see Mindy is a dark hair young girl and tina is an old lady with short straight hair I don't see how she can have cable on in a place where she don't live just cause other don't know how to pay there own bills so they gotta out in someone else name
