It is outrageous that recipients of packages to be delivered by UPS, from your store, are not provided a direct phone number to call your facility. The number is of no use. Due to work obligations, it is imperative that the recipient arrange a time for delivery when someone will definitely be home. Attempts to deliver when no one is there are not only a waste of time, but are senseless. In the future, please leave a phone number where a live person may be reached to arrange a convenient deliver-time. Thank you.
