Good Afternoon - Thursday (8/15) this past week I came down to your Customer Service location at Whipple Street to pick up a package that had the correct street and city but was deemed undeliverable for some reason. Your card left at the house indicated that you were open from 9-6. When I arrived just after 1:00pm the sign on the door indicated hours had been changed on 7/29 to 9 - 12:00pm and 3-6 pm. If only they had left the door with that sign on it at my house I might have known that. Don't you think updating the cards with the new hours would have been priority with this change? It would seem to me that your new hours should at least include lunch time for customer convenience. This all sounds like a cost cutting decision from a company that has great financials that is reducing employees hours at the expensive of both the employee's and the customers.
