UPS Driver took it upon himself not to leave my Staples order. WHY??!! It does not and never require a signature for delivery. The driver decides today it does and therefore does not leave my package??!! THIS IS RIDICULOUS. I called Staples.
I WANT THIS LEFT AT MY HOUSE!!!!!

I've had flowers that was supposed to be delivered for valentines day.it's understandable it snowed on a Thursday. valentines day was on Friday.but as of Saturday when you call to check if item is being delivered,it always says the item is on the truck..how do you have a item on the truck for 3 to 4 days later...i live around the corner from a ups location where my flowers was supposed to be delivered..i went to the 325 RUTHAR drive location and my flowers was sitting in there warehouse after 1 week of course my flowers was dead, why is it that ups still got paid..
