This location is extremely unprofessional. The supervisor allows her employees to be rude and disrespectful to customers, which was my exact experience there. I had to call the police on these people because the supervisor decided she had the right to unlawfully hold my package. The package was already behind schedule because they were actually supposed to deliver it the day before, but did not. This was a perishable medical item (very expensive) that needed to be refrigerated. It could only be outside of a refrigerator for so many hours. My box said "RUSH, Perishable, Insulated" all over it, on every single flat surface of the box. I had already given my license, signed for my box, but these people still would not give me my package until the police came and made them. This place is ridiculous and I would not recommend anyone to it. I have never delt with such an unprofessional UPS location.

need to speak to someone in regards to a package I accidently droped off, and it was a FedEx package I needed to return.
