We just stopped at this location but door was locked. Sign says open 3-6. Great customer service!

live at 14 Glen dr. Plattsburgh, NY. The driver that delivers here never notifies us that we have a package. I go out my door and find packages just left there. this morning when I opened the door for my paper, there was a package sitting there in the rain. It had been there all night in the rain. PLEASE have drivers RING THE BELL!!!

There is a certain driver that does not even attempt delivery or allow customers to come out and bring in a harmless dog - even though every other driver on the planet has delivered hundreds of packages this year. Plattsburgh - you know who this is and they need to give customers a minute to get the package. Leave it by the mail box or in the road - WE WATCHED YOU DRIVE UP AND DRIVE AWAY in CHAMPLAIN at 320pm today - WE WATCHED YOU. The last time you parked across the highway and watched the dog on the porch while we watched you through the kitchen window. What is your malfunction? Are you using us to catch up on deliveries?
