I went yesterday to this store and when I got in line to pay for my products one of the cashiers (the tall blonde) decided to leave, living only one girl in there, which was taking care of a customer with a check that couldn't work. I waited there for 10 min., the person behind me left, I waited for 5 more min. And nothing, somebody came to help, nothing, I had to leave all my items on the counter, got to go to pick up mi kids at school....Sad, I am an ulta customer long time ago, and never something like this happend to me before, I believe that the customers are the number one priority, went to Sephora and got everything I needed.

The store is beautiful and the staff is great ! I was the first one through the door. If you want a great hair stylist make an appointment with Renee. She is awesome! Now I don't have to go on line to get Ojon, Laura Geller, Tarte, Philosophy etc. I'm very excited to have Ulta in my neighborhood now.
