I went to the Walmart on 5141 Hwy 42 Garner, NC. Everytime I go there at least 3 to 4 times a week, there is never any lanes open. so please Explain why,,,Walmart is the biggest retailer in the country so please tell me why in the middle of the weekday is there only 1 express lane and 1 regular lane open? With 4 managers standing around, and just talking to each other? I asked a manager to open up another lane and she said "No,Sorry we are short staffed" I then proceeded to ask why one if the managers couldn't open a lane since there was a huge line waiting. She then proceeded to tell me those managers were going on Break. So then I told her why couldn't she open the line? She never responded. I then said,"This is ridiculous, you are all very LAZY Managers. Isn't the customers supposed to be your priority? I'm going to take my business to Target!!!
