The shipping company is not a reputable shipping company. The individual who delivered our items has been rude to the staff in the department on the first floor and refuses to bring our packages to the 4th floor. She complains about how many deliveries she has and states, " I'm not going upstairs. They will have to come get it from down here. I have too many deliveries!" This has happened with every delivery from Lasership. Not pleased that our company spends money with Walmart that is using a shipping company who is not completing the job. Unhappy customer.
