As I am writing this review, I am awaiting for someone to answer the phone-say 'HOLD' or something. Nonetheless, its been a little over 17 minutes so I'm sure I'm headed for someone to pick up the phone and hang up on me (prior experience). But that's not why I am complaining or reviewing-this location is ghetto, understaffed and the Pharmacists seem very ignorant upon helping a customer.
The only reason why I am calling them is because they gave me the WRONG prescription yesterday and said I could come retrieve it after 12pm.

However, it's happened to me before when I arrived there my prescription was wrong again or simply not filled. Now here I am on hold for God knows how long all because they couldn't give me the accurate prescription in the first place.

I literally want to change health insurance so that it can be accepted by Walgreens or Duane Reade, but apparently CVS and the military have some type of bonding relationship that I get shafted on every month when I have to deal with this store location.
