It would be nice if I can get a number that is still in service. Getting in touch with the Pleasantvill NJ office is next to impossible. I've called and spoke to people from Texas to Delaware, but no one can give me a direct number to the area where I reside. Plus the fact my wife called to reconnect our service in NJ Monday May 18, and we get a call from an independant servicemen that he is at our residence in NJ and cannot connect the service because we aren't there to let him in. If we are flying from FL to NJ this coming Monday, it doesn' take a genius to figure that out. Plus he told my wife there in no connection at my residence. I've been hooking up the service myself for the past 7 years. Maybe it's time to look for another service.

As usual, long lines with customer service reps communicating amongst themselves and ignoring customers. The other day a Comcast rep was just standing ny the new kiosk machine. While many was in line, she never stated that if your paying a bill that you must now use the kiosk machine. Instead, waited all that time in line to get to the desk for them to say, we don't accept cash at the window anymore. This is not great customer service. For.the amount of money charged just to watch tv, the least of many concerns should not be being treated with disrespect.
