It's absolutely highly frustrating to get to anyone that can help you with all the prompts you have to go through. So frustrating that I had to hang up to get myself calmed down. The ground wire that is not grounded correctly.

hours are until 6PM weekdays and 1PM on Sat. Your info sucked. made a 20 min drive expecting open office after 7PM. :(

Below phone# means nothing. You will be out in queue on regular line & sit on hold for a dang hour no matter what # you call. No wonder people get angry with them & their customer service is worst in America. Being hung would be less painful. This is ridiculous!!
