I really and truly want to pull all the hair out of my head and run down the street screaming...what good would that do? As much good as the "customer service" reps do for the company.

Unprofessional staff, selective who and when they decide to "help" if someone they appear to know is engaging them in conversation. Avoid this location if at all possible!

Our street (Park Avenue) was recently outfitted with cable by Comcast contractors. The entire neighborhood is disappointed with how trashy your contracters left our street. Every water bottle, lunch wrapping, soda cup, and or soda can which was used was left directly on the grass. Also, the conduits which were too short to be used were discarded on personal property of the neighbors, along with two large wheels which the conduit piping was wrapped on. Please send your workers to remove your materials. It has been two weeks, and the unwanted material is still littering our street. Please provide feedback.
