January 26, 2017 unit 10 I was given excellent service at your store. My phone was so full of ads and unwanted things that, to me, it was barely useable. I did not have the ability to fix this. Your salesperson Mike explained what was wrong, and took the time to undo all the problems. He was not annoyed and looked interested in what he was doing. Thank you, Judy Bitner Cricket customer
