Quite a few times while I was at Hihop, waiters and waitresses placed food on their arms and hands when serving. Their uniforms was touching and falling over the food.
Could you allow waiters and waitresses to use trays to serve customers instead of carrying food by hands?. It will prevent their clothes or uniforms touching the food.
