Terrible customer service. I called 15 minutes ahead so my 3 meat pizza would be ready by the time I drove 12 miles from Ashville to get there, and not only was it not ready, they accused me of not calling at all, until I showed them my call log, and then they found the order sitting by their phone. The manager showed the kid who took the order and he looked at me and laughed. I'm sorry, its funny? I didn't want to wait 7 minutes for you to make a pizza because my disabled mother sitting in the car has degenerative bone and joint disease and it's painful for her to sit in the car. So I had to leave the 3 meat pizza behind. Thanks. Because that's the kind she likes, and it was her treat. She was trying to do something nice for our family. Just as bad, the manager then looked at me and said, "I didn't do it." Did I ask if you did it? No. I didn't even cause a scene over it. I took two cheese pizzas and left. You have a bunch of unsympathetic jerk punks running that store though. No resolution was offered. Excuse me for thinking you could handle taking an order via phone like every other pizza restaurant in the universe. I guess I'm supposed to excuse that your people don't make enough money to care about their jobs? Welcome to real life where businesses provide a product that the consumer pays for. I have frequented that particular store several times and must say, their pizza is rarely hot and ready. Idiots. May as well hire monkeys.
